Commercial finance is where this business is strongest. We hold accreditation across more than 130 commercial lenders, taking in the major banks, non-bank lenders and private funders, and we use the whole panel rather than a favourite two or three.
Construction and development is the core of it. We’ve arranged funding for projects in Melbourne, Sydney, Brisbane, Adelaide and Canberra, from townhouse sites through to commercial buildings and mixed use. We know how a funder reads a feasibility, what a valuer will question, and how the draw schedule has to line up with the builder’s program. A file that gets declined is often just a file that was presented badly.
We take the awkward ones too. SMSF purchases, land banking, franchise finance, and deals a bank has already knocked back. A wide private lender network usually means there’s another way to structure it. If there isn’t, we’ll say so rather than run you around for three weeks.
