Maurizio works across commercial, construction and development finance, with years on the build side of property behind him. He reads a project the way a builder does: the program, the draw schedule, the contract, and the details that will slow a valuation down.
That’s the difference on a construction file. Most of the trouble arrives between approval and final drawdown, and Maurice has been on site for enough of it to see it coming.

Craig is a broker for residential and commercial finance. Years inside banking before broking gave him a view from both sides of the credit desk, which matters when a file needs arguing rather than simply submitting.

He works with home buyers, investors and business owners, and referral partners send him work because he says plainly when a deal shouldn’t go ahead. Clients tend to stay, then send their families.
